Do I Need the Bankruptcy Petition Specialist™ Certification?＋

No — and that's by design. Many of our students build thriving practices without it. The Bankruptcy Petition Specialist™ certification is an optional advanced credential for those who want to formally demonstrate their expertise. Certified specialists also receive a limited license to display the Certified Bankruptcy Petition Specialist™ designation on business cards, websites, and marketing materials.
