713Training.Com was originally developed in 2004 with the publishing of the book "How to Start a Bankruptcy Forms Processing Service." The book was based on Victoria Ring's experience in developing The Lawyer Assistant which became so successful she was forced to sell the company because she could not find competent virtual bankruptcy assistants to help her with the huge volume of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy petitions she was processing for 56 different attorneys nationwide. The publishing of this book designated the start of the virtual bankruptcy assistant industry. When the Federal Government made significant changes to the bankruptcy law on October 17, 2005, 713Training.Com formed an LLC, took the original book out of print and published: "How to Start a Virtual Bankruptcy Assistant Service" in 2006 which continues to be a best seller.

713Training.Com LLC was developed from the ground-up by Victoria Ring, a writer and entrepreneur with 30+ years of legal experience. In 1976, while in high school, Victoria excelled at typing in her Secretarial Procedures class. Her typing speed averaged 90 words per minute with only a 2% error rate. At that time, law firms sought out high school students who had fast and accurate typing skills. So, in 1977 Victoria began a long term career in the legal field. Sometimes she worked fulltime, other times she worked parttime in order to explore other avenues. And, in order to develop an array of knowledge Victoria chose to work as a contract employee for a variety of different law firms. All of this knowledge has certainly enabled her to form the successful business she has built today with 713Training.Com LLC.

However, through all Victoria's successes and failures, she has never forgot where she came from - a poor family on the southside of Columbus, Ohio.
