You work from your home office providing valuable services to consumer bankruptcy attorneys nationwide. You also can work for attorneys in your local area also.

Click Here to OrderWhy would a bankruptcy attorney hire a Virtual Bankruptcy Assistant?
Compared to attorneys who practice law and have large companies as clients (which pays them more money), attorneys working in consumer bankruptcy are generally working with the public who does not have much money. They are filing bankruptcy. Your services actually save attorneys $1,000s of dollars per year. Plus you relieve the other employees from a mundane task so they can work on other bankruptcy-related duties.

Legal Dictionary for Virtual Bankruptcy Assistants
  • Legal Dictionary for Virtual Bankruptcy Assistants (provided by Rick Raddatz, Radco Publishing)

How much money can you earn?

According to the American Bankruptcy Institute there are a record number of bankruptcy petitions filed every day in the United States. (Source: American Bankruptcy Institute.)  The Virtual Bankruptcy Assistant field is growing fast since electronic filing are now required by ALL bankruptcy courts in the United States.

You can earn from $250 to $400 or more per bankruptcy petition you draft because most bankruptcy attorneys charge upwards of $1,500 for a Chapter 7 and $2,000 for a Chapter 13.  Because you will be doing most of the actual labor drafting the bankruptcy petition, attorneys are more than happy to pay $250 to $400 or more for each one you process if you do a detailed and professional job.
