| Additional
Questions and Answers |
Once I pass the exam will I need to
renew my accreditation at a later date in order to keep it active?
No. Once you pass the AVBA
Exam you hold the accreditation for life. The only time this could change
is if the federal government decides to adversely change the bankruptcy
law, which would require a new exam to be developed. However, it is doubtful
the bankruptcy law will change anytime soon since it was just changed on
Oct 17, 2005 after five (5) years of negotiations. |
